The food here is amazing 90% of your staff is amazing. I never had an issue with them! It’s only one time when a manager, the blonde gentleman in the blue button up, decided he needed to catch an attitude about water. Asked a simple question and got attitude and sass in return. Wild, given I work at the mall as well and see them almost daily for my lunch break… the disrespect was intense and insane.

Chick-fil-a is always wonderful, usually on payday we get their breakfast! Staff is always nice as well, I’m unsure what happened this morning though. I got the chicken bites in rolls, the rolls seemed slightly doughy but I didn’t pay it any mind. I regret my choice, my stomach has been in pain all day and I feel like throwing up constantly, it’s the only thing I ate this morning at 6:10am and I feel extremely awful and sick still at 4:38pm :c

Today ,I visited your Hullen Mall location in Fort worth Texas, I have received a very terrible service, I did the Mobil order , when I got there no one know what was my order and I have to pull out from my phone , after finishing the meal I went to get ice cream for my kids , no other customer ahead of me , there were 3 employees were there doing nothing, none of them, didnt come and help, I waited almost 5 minutes, the employee who came infront of me completely ignored me ….. this was terrible, I saw similar, experience with other customers also… , I think this location is need higher management attention, I travel a lot, I eat many different location of chick Fil A, but this location, was very disappointing …..

Poor service – was not really busy but not sure if the guy AJ could prep the food in the bags right but everyone was waiting a very long time, 16 min wait just for an 8 pack of nuggets, prob the longest I’ve ever waited never had issues at Chick-fil-A like this but they weren’t running things smoothly here
