I ordered curbside. I got the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese biscuit sandwich. My son got the Chick n Minis and hash browns. The food came out on time and hot. The coffee was hot and fresh. Great and friendly service.

I mostly go to chick fil a because of my husband but honestly he’s going to have to find a new spot. Every time I seem to go there’s a problem. The first issue I had is no one acknowledging you when you pick up your order inside from the mobile App. I had to stand for 5-10mins for someone to confirm my order. I also understand that it’s a busy location so I didn’t mind. Then I tried to order curbside and waited over 50mins for an order that never came. The app showed it was ready but they seemed to prioritize the drive thru. I left without any food and spoke with a manager about getting a refund which they were really nice about. Today I go back ( because my husband loves chick fil a sooooo much) but they get my order wrong and I find a bug in my food. There are times when my order is good but honestly you never know at this place . It should get zero stars .

Chic fil a has always been one my favorite fast food restaurants, but this location is starting to ruin that for me. I am disappointed every single time I go to this one. My food never tastes fresh, I have waited an unreasonable amount of time curbside for a single drink, or a bag of ice. They either mess up the food or give the wrong sauce. It’s ALWAYS something. Got breakfast one time here and it was trash. I have never had this problem at any other chic fil a location ever and I’ve been to a lot of them. This location needs help bad. Chic fil a is usually one of the restaurants I can rely on my food being fresh and correct, but not at the Killeen location. One star is literally just because I’ve spoken to the manager before and he was kind, but that’s it.

Simply OUTSTANDING service! WOW! I must say this location has the best customer service I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I was truly impressed. Truly. I left rather speechless and that speaks volumes. Everyone makes you feel as if you are a very important customer, and they are incredibly gracious. Just wonderful people.

What’s there to say? They’ve stream lined the process so much that the wait time is never really bad. Associates always courteous. On this particular day, it was lunch time. Bumper to bumper cars and I was in/out in 10 minutes. I don’t go often, but have never had a complaint.

1st time at this Chick-fil-a and my daughter who just returned from Korea, my grand baby and I decided to dined in. The lobby was full with customers & their orders were to go – very few people were eating in the lobby. There was only one cashier and she did not look happy or smile. She took our order & we sat & waited. My daughter ordered the Spicey chicken deluxe meal, grilled nugget kids meal for my grand daughter and since I’m on the carnivore diet I ordered yhe 12 pc grilled nuggets and a water. Whoever filled the order gave us fried chicken nuggets instead of grilled so my daughter had to get them to give us the grilled nuggets. They also have is the wrong dipping sauces. The waffle fries in the kids meal were over cooked so my daughter got some soft ones from her container and gave them to her. It has been a while since we ate at CF and tbh it was a little disappointing.
