I don’t go to Chic Fil A often, but when I do, I am always satisfied with their service and food. This time I got a spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast, and it was so good. I really like biscuits, but if you don’t, there is always breakfast muffins. The place is always kept clean!

I’ve lived near this place for 20+ years, and I’ve never had a complaint until today, but you CANNOT order breakfast ahead of time and expect to receive it if you arrive after 10:30. Why? Every restaurant has the ability to do this, especially once the pandemic highlighted the need for curbside ordering. Curbside ordering not only minimizes contact, but it allows the customer to have the food ready and waiting PRIOR to arrival, not AFTER. The purpose of curbside ordering ahead is rendered almost useless as I later discovered Chick-fil-A neither charges you for your order, nor do they fulfill it until you arrive, even if you place it online ahead of time. What’s the point of this? It’s only saving me the minor inconvenience of pulling out my wallet and not having to walk inside, but it’s not actually helping me secure the breakfast sandwich. While I appreciate the attention to the quality of their food, this is absurd. I did an online order for a breakfast chicken biscuit (entering in all my payment info as well) before the hard 10:30 breakfast deadline because I couldn’t get out of a work meeting before that time. Once I parked at curbside, I saw my order completely disappeared from my online paid page where seemingly it had been paid for from my end. So I never got my sandwich.

They really got it going on!! Everyone’s a team player, and things move fast. Food is hot and fresh. Employees are positive and courteous! Rather than making my day harder, like some fast food places, they made my day positively good, and it was about to be a rough day. I realize that there are still people doing it right. Love this place!!

The additional drive thru lane is a game changer! It was our first trip through since they had added the third order lane and second dedicated order pick up lane. We were in and out in a fraction of the time I expected! The right hand lane definitely moved quicker than the other two, since they have to merge for order pickup. Another change that has greatly decreased the wait time was renovating the pick up window into a walkway for the workers to run orders out to the cars! Super impressed with how smoothly everything went, the friendly staff, our food was super hot and we had a shortened wait time Gold Stars all around!

All the employees there are amazing! But especially this one specific evening shift manager with long, flowing, golden blonde hair, always tied neatly in a beautiful ponytail. His name is Alan and he always brightens my day with his cheerful attitude, customer friendly personality, and I’ve seen the patience he has when training other employees. The food is good, too.

Very fast! Usually when I ask for a side of pickles I just get a little solo cup with 2 pickles inside at other Chick fil a’s but this one gave me 2 big containers of pickles so I’m happy about that! Drive thru is a little hectic as there’s very little space but otherwise everything was great!
