While I’ve been to many a Chik-fil-a this specific location was unlike any other. I didn’t even have an appetite until I walked in a smelled the aroma of the space. The workers were welcoming and polite, I felt like another member of the family. The service was speedy and the food was phenomenal. In particular, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was almost like food of the gods. Anyone looking for a good and quick meal should choose this spot.

Chick fil A is known for great customer service and this location was no exception! We stopped in during our lunch break from a local training center and were served quickly. Someone visited our table five times; twice to deliver food, once from the manager to check on our meal, and twice more to clear our trays/trash.

Decided to order lunch from this location recently and was disappointed because my fries seemed to be bottom of the fryer, just really small bits. Figured it would be a one time thing since I’ve never had that happen before and decided onto give it another shot , same thing, a fry container FULL of the smallest fry bits? Found one or two whole fries and the rest is what was pictured. Never experienced this from any other location and very strange that it’s happened twice now

The chicken was way over cooked. The restaurant was very dirty. None of the empty tables had been cleaned so I had to go and ask for something to clean it. It was after lunch hour time but, their were plenty of workers just standing around. AND 5 of the employees did not have any hair nets, visors or hats on. Most of them were managers who were wearing black shirts. I have to say I was very disappointed and they definitely don’t have the same chick fil A standard as other restaurants.

Good food. Carried my meal out to my car because they had messed up on my last two orders. A manager was exiting the building while I carried one bag and two drinks behind her. She looked over her shoulder right at me into my eyes, then opened the two doors and let both of them close on me while my hands were full. Good food. Great tea. Happy employees. But honestly, since I have to go in to verify my order and had a manager let go of the doors on me, I won’t be back to this particular location. I sure do miss living in Atlanta where customer service is so much better.

My mother and I went through the drive through. The staff wasn’t very engaging however, the order was a quick one ! When we received our food, we were elated however the hash browns were hard and dry as rocks. We were dissatisfied and disappointed. The quality of service and food is dwindling in certain establishments of Chick-fil-a.
