I ordered an egg white grill sandwich today and it was undercooked and terrible. It wasn’t even warm. The cheese hadn’t even melted. The chicken was barely cooked and cold. The quality has gone down so bad it was just awful and unbelievable. The coffee was equally disgusting. I don’t know if it is just this Chick fil A or others. I know other locations were a lot better even recently.

I was really disappointed after my visit today. The restaurant was extremely dirty. All of The trash cans were all over filled while there were employees just standing around. It wasn’t busy at all. I let my daughter play in the play ground and it was visibly dirty from the little shoe area. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Next time I’ll make the drive to the one by the mall.
