I have always gone to Chick-fil-A just cuz of the customer service skills y’all employees have but this one I will never go back again. Employees outside in the driveway are very rude I’m guessing it’s because it’s very hot outside! it’s not our fault y’all really need it to get it together! I picked up an order in the drive-thru and when I got home I realized I had a grilled chicken sandwich missing. I’m not upset about my order being wrong, I understand that that happens. I’m upset because when I tried to call to complain, there was no option in the phone menu to talk to anyone about it, so I had to press the option to talk to someone about catering, and ask them to transfer me to a manager. After that, I ended up having to leave a voicemail and they never got back to me. I called a second time hours later and still nothing, so my problem remains unresolved.

We ordered our food on the app at 10:05AM. It would only allow us to order breakfast. We got stuck in traffic so didn’t arrive until 10:32AM. The lady informed us that they didn’t open until 10:30AM because it was Memorial Day, so they didn’t have breakfast. I asked her why the app accepted our order if they weren’t open or why it made it forced us to order breakfast items. She snipped, “I don’t know”, rather brutally. I had to call and ask the people who weren’t in the vehicle with us what they wanted since we couldn’t order breakfast and she asked me why I was in the drive-thru line if we didn’t know what we wanted. I didn’t bother answering her and just ordered what people wanted and then went to Whataburger for those that wanted breakfast items.

I have to do a review since there has been so much improvement since it has opened. The food is consistent with the quality you would expect from the chain. Cleanliness of the store has also been on point. Every employee has been courteous and genuinely happy to serve. In the past, it has taken a long time to get your order at the store. Longer than ANY of the other stores that I’ve visited over the years. I guess I have been spoiled by the quick and wonderful service from the chain.
