Be patient!! If you’re in a hurry, don’t come to this location, go somewhere else! I’m reading the reviews that they are very slow but, if you pay attention they don’t have many workers. You have to place your order on the screen because they don’t have more employees like in other location that have more workers outside with tablets taking orders. One last thing there is only one person charging and that same one is the one also taking the order to client. Food was great like always.

This chick fil a does not meet the standards of others. Super slow with the services, asked to park on the side after waiting in like for 20 minutes just to wait another 10 minutes. All this time waited I got old burnt nuggest. Taste like it was old nuggest they put in the fryer. Get your act together.

This is a relatively new Chick-fil-A so everything is great but the service is not all there yet, specially the speed of service. Food is great, employees do a good job although they hardly ever say the things that most Chick-fil-A are known for like “my pressure”. That being said, we have no reservations on eating here or ordering to go. They’re getting better as time goes on.

I enjoyed going to this Chick-fil-A. I saw many interesting sights, such as the Wendy’s next to the establishment. I actually forgot my wallet when I was going to pay, so it was quite an awkward moment to go back home and get my wallet. However, a shining moment in this trip was that they did not look down on me for forgetting my wallet. We tried the chocolate milkshake and the cookies n’ cream milkshake, and my family quite enjoyed them. 10/10 establishment

Hit or miss at this location. Either staff is not properly trained, or this chicfila doesn’t carry the same customer and quality chicfila is known for. It’s a last option honestly.. only because the Harlingen chicfila is out of my way.. that Harlingen one is always on point.

This chic is the worst in the valley from my experience. Given it chances and they just take to long, food isn’t hot when you receive it. I went by for breakfast this morning took them 10 mins to give me my order. Cars behind getting theirs and leaving. Get home they forgot my egg the biscuit bread harder than a cookie and my cheese wasn’t even melted so that means the chicken was cold as well. Would give it a zero but can’t. Need new management from Weslaco’s or Harlingen’s area those places are bomb.
