So sad that they have changed their salads. They used to be the best thing in their menus. Now it’s mostly iceberg lettuce with just a few random pieces of spring or romaine lettuce. So I’ll no longer be getting salad here. The sandwiches and nuggets are still great. Though the Sunjoy with mint we all tried and we thought it was just too much going on in one drink for us. Though I’m sure there are people who will appreciate it the mint overpowers the whole drink for me.

Lovely Chick-Fil-A! Very clean on the inside and had live flowers which really made the place look nice. There is decent privacy as well.

It finally happened. Chick-fil-a royally destroyed our order. We had sandwiches for another customer in our bag. (Sorry Monica). Covid couldn’t break Chick-fil-a, never ever experienced a mistake here. It seems petty, but this may be the beginning of the end.

What used to be historically good food and service has, however, slowly and slightly devolved. Portion sizes for chicken sandwiches – as with all CFA locations – is inconsistent with about a 50/50 chance of getting the generous portions that built their prior reputation. After 10:30 am you won’t be able to get into the parking lot for dine in because it is blocked by the drive thru back up. Really saddens me that there is no longer any way to give feedback to CFA at any level on a personal basis. There are a few very outstanding employees that have served here for years: Gloria, Kathy and Tia.

Excellent chicken sandwiches and nuggets. I have never had a bad experience. Surprisingly their breakfast is great as well. Restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly.

Beware of the dreaded drive-thru line anytime you try to pull in, or even just try to park because of the way the parking lot is built. There are a lot of spaces to park because the restaurant is parked beside the equally-as-beloved Hobby Lobby. I say the lot is built funny because it seems there is only one way in and one way out and as a driver, it can really be a headache to maneuver or wait. As a fair warning, I will say almost anytime you roll up for the drive-thru line, it was most definitely be packed, so always plan accordingly and do not go if time is not on your side. There will still be a line if you decide to park and order in, almost every time we order inside the line is never too crazy, it’s usually just a couple of people in front of us before our order is taken. The only real brutal thing is the wait: it’s not as bad as one would think, but it’s apparent they cater to online and drive-thru orders before everyone else’s, but if waiting doesn’t bother you then it will most definitely be worth it. The employees look like busy bees always swarming to take someone’s order/making various fountain drinks/packing in the right food in bags/handing out bags of food; it’s an interesting sight to see. It’s the only restaurant where you see this kind of thing because they are usually always busy. Of course, the food was banging (I even got the pleasure of getting an extra nugget in my 8 piece nugget!), the lemonade was banging. My only real complaint is that when we tried finding a table to sit at and all the tables that weren’t occupied were dirty, so we had to wipe them down ourselves, but again, because of the busy bee climate, I completely understood that perhaps no one had time to wipe down tables between the customers sitting in. Also, I thought it was pretty neat that they had Christmas Decor still hanging around the restaurant. It reminded me of the one house in a neighborhood that kept their Christmas lights year-round (even though I’m sure Chick-Fil-A will take them down eventually), it was really cool to see.

My biggest complaint is your fries being served lukewarm and tough to chew. To be honest the busier the drive thru the better your food is hot just like it should be. Your drive thru wasn’t packed today around 1:15PM no later than 1:30PM so why are you all in such a rush to get the food out instead of making it a priority to serve fresh French fries? You wouldn’t want lukewarm fries. Do a better job at making sure you throw away fries that have been sitting there instead of serving them. You all are lazy.

Multiple times now, they have forgotten items for the order. I have let it slid, vut this time i could not eat what I ordered because of this error. This chick-fil-a can use a refresher on how to be customer service oriented. I had to drive back after getting home just to be able to eat my food and not even an “I apologize for the mistake” from the staff.

Service was promp, food was hot and delicious. Restaurant was very clean and organized. Quiet in though there were a lot of patrons there. Drive thru also moves quickly. Pleasantly surprised. Worth returning.

Even after reiterating our order multiple times. They still have us a regular deluxe instead of 2 spicy deluxes. No chik-fil-a sauce. No honey mustard like we requested twice. Cordial but no where as nice as most.
