I love this chick! The sandwiches seem to be bigger an plumper than Scott’s other location. Also it is never crowded inside. This time one of the sandwiches was cold but they replaced it right away. The side salad price has jumped up to $4. Not worth it al all for some lettuce, two tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese. The only reason I got is was Scott(owner) sent out a reward and I could pick that free. That’s a nice touch. Won’t order the salad if not free tho!

The first time to this location they provided me with the wrong drink, which was okay I understand. I went back the next day, the lady providing the food was extremely rude. Then we found hair in our Mac and cheese and another hair in the bag. I love chick fil a but not this location.

Oddly slow service at this location. Went in cus my vehicle Is too tall for the drive thru. And the drive thru cleared out before I gotten my order. Felt like I was waiting 15 mins. What is that? This location needs to do better. Only reason i choose a chick fil l is because I didn’t feel like waiting in a line. And usually they’re fast on their orders.

I kept going back because it’s easiest to drive to but constantly forgetting things from the order (never big orders) is too frustrating when there’s others in the area. Not sure why such a difference in a store just a mile away from each other. Guess the little more distance to get to the others will save on driving back for missing items. Start giving out free gas cards instead free sandwich and nugget cards.

Their wait in the drive thru at 8:45pm on a Wednesday was ridiculous! Once you are in the line there is no way to escape. Nobody is moving, orders not being delivered and we are stuck! This is not the first time this has happened. Nothing fast about their crawl through line! It is a traffic jam!
