2nd day in a row where we ordered and something was incorrect in the order. Yesterday, we were just missing fries with the combos that were ordered. Today, though, ordered a #3 12 count with fries and a drink to run over to my daughter’s school for her lunch. It wasn’t busy, maybe 3-4 cars in the line after ordering with one car behind ordering. After dropping the food off and about 5 minutes later, she texts me. Apparently, they put a breakfast 3 piece biscuit bites. Since this location was too far from her school to pick up the right order and return it before lunch ended I returned to let them know of the mistake. The manager decided to fix the mistake but said “You need to make sure to bring the food back next time”. Personally I shouldn’t have to worry about bringing food back if the ones putting the order together knew how to read correctly before putting something in the bag.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Every employee was visibly stoned- so stoned they could not get my order right 3 times. You expect this from mall Chickfila’s sadly, and I knew better but wanted to try it anyways. Management needs to spend extra time on this location to ensure that the Chick-fil-A corporation is being best represented.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The girl at the register was so slow because she was to busy talking to her coworker. There was 3 people in front of me and it take 15 mins to get to the front of the line. When I finally got to the register I was left standing there being ignored because she wanted to continue talking. When she did finally turn her attention to me there was no hello welcome. She just said what do you want. After i finished ordering I said thank you there was no your welcome or my pleasure like they are supposed to say. Because it took me so long to order I wasn’t able to eat my lunch because I had to go back to work. Screw this place. The owner needs to learn how to run a restaurant or sell it.

This chic fil a has the WORST customer service. High school girls at the front could not be bothered with me ordering my food. She just tried to rush me through my order then gave more attitude when I asked for the receipt. I sincerely hope the owner of this location gets his Staff some training. I will not be returning. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I went to. Employees Bre and Ella or Erika couldn’t read the name tag that great, they were talking and giving dirty looks and not helping the older lady with line and customers. Took 15 mins for 2 sandwiches. Then on top of that another employee which started with a “A” couldn’t fully read the name tag was putting her hands in her month with her gloves on. That’s disgusting, she touched my food with her mouth germs. Hello we just had a pandemic!!

This is the second time this restaurant is messing up my order. My whole family loves Chick Fil A because they are in order, the order is always right, fast and efficient. But this particular location is the worst, the line is super long because the workers are just talking and not taking the work seriously. Hope you will change because you will ruin the reputation of Chick Fil A in general.
