We kept seeing the Chick Fil A store doing deliveries at the Townhouses nearby and decided to give it a try. Very easy and fast on-line ordering, constant updates on order prep, delivery status and even tracking, …and overall – exceptional experience. Great meal, and food was delivered as hot as if we had been in the restaurant itself. 5 Thumbs Up for our local Chick-Fil-A!

I visited this restaurant for an early lunch today and had a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was conveniently located on Garden of the gods Road right off of I-25 N/S. The first thing I noticed is that their parking lot and drive-thru lines are all very clearly marked (painted on the pavement) for ease of navigation. Parking was adequate all around the building, the outside of the building is nicely decorated, they had several employees outside at the drive-thru taking folks’ orders on i-pads, I was greeted upon entering, only waited one minute in line to order, was greeted with a smile by the young lady who took my order, she was neatly dressed in the restaurant’s work uniform, she took my order quickly and was friendly, my food was reasonably priced, my order was delivered to me at my table in about 3 minutes, my order was served hot with everything I needed on the clean tray, the dining room had plenty of different kinds of seating (and included a nice, clean kids’ play area), the dining room and my table were clean, and I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked me if I needed anything.

My first time at Chick-fil-A and I was pleasantly surprised with how yummy their food was. But what was even more surprising was their customer service. I didn’t quite know what to order so the young lady at the counter, Sophia was very helpful in suggesting what I try. She was super sweet and reminded me that customer service still exists. The whole restaurant had a very friendly vibe. Even out in the seating area the Chick-fil-A team was very sweet, and made sure our drinks were full.

Not going to rate the food, since it is consistent between all locations. Just going to rate the service, which is excellent in this location. Staff is very friendly and respectful, and they work hard in making sure that your order is accurate. Will be coming back again!

The chicken was not bad or good at the ChickFila standard. Tasted over cooked with too much flour. The Team Lead seemed in a panic even correcting workers in front of customers in a non coaching way, I was embarrassed for them (this was at 4:14pm. Mac and cheese and salad was great!

This afternoon I went through the drive-through and asked that I not be given a straw. I also didn’t want any plastic cover on my iced tea. I recycle everything at my home and believe strongly in doing all I can to protect our environment. When I got to the window to pick up my order, I told the young woman, I didn’t want a straw and they already had a lid on the tea. The young woman rolled her eyes as she told the cashier that I didn’t want a straw, as if what I said was strange. She then turned her back on me while the young man gave me my order. I’m used to be being treated more respectfully at Chick-fil-A And normally go to the one on North Nevada when I am in town. I called one of the managers and made her aware of what happened. Although it was very busy and I understand how hard everyone is working, customers need to leave feeling good about their experience. I think sensitivity training is in order.

i love love love getting chic fil a . i quite literally eat more chicken always . the staff is very friendly. maybe once or twice i’ve had a subpar interaction, but i understand people have long days and this location is always busy. the food is always great, and the lines are long but don’t take long to get through at all. i want to give a special shout out to the young gentleman at the front that directs traffic. seeing him always makes me smile . he does his job excellently and i believe he’s a gem . you won’t regret coming here!!
