Both Zion C and the night manager need to be fired. Just came through the drive through and you’d have thought it was a high school play ground. Kids jumping around and playing fast food. Really bad service. So bad I came I side to complain and there wasn’t an adult to be found until the night manager emerged and she couldn’t have cared less. Avoid this zoo. I’d be embarrassed if I were the owner of this location. Worst location in Colorado Springs!

The drive through is split into mobile orders and not mobile orders – only location in town that does this and it sure slows everything down. They will deliver one item from a multi item order and sometimes they will ask – did you order anything else – sometimes they won’t even ask. Why am I getting my order in pieces? And why aren’t you aware you are only delivering one thing of that order?? Also, the woman in the mobile lane was very snippy, verging on rude. I think we’ll go out of our way to take our business to other locations.

Worst Chick-Fil-A in town! Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru! And that’s NEVER happened at ANY Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to! And to top it all off, my fries were hard as a ROCK when I got them! Waste of time and money! I will NEVER go to this Chick-Fil-A ever again, out of principle! The GM of this location needs to be fired if this is how he/she is running things.

So they made a separate line for online orders which hardly gets used so the main line gets backed up. So why can’t they be smart and do what other chick-fa-As do and integrate all together into the two lanes???? The grumpy little girl made me back all the way out of the online order lane LOL. I usually don’t have even the slightest bed experience with Chick-fil-A. But this one took a very long time to get my order out. They must have served six or seven cars before mine. I could see that they had my food ready and all they had to do was make my frosted lemonade which took a while. Maybe it’s because they’re just starting out and need to get the kinks sorted out. Hopefully they do and it will be just as good as any other Chick-fil-A in the city. Still were nice employees. Chicken was very salty for whatever reason.

The food gets out barely warm and I have to reheat it at home. This branch also does not have root beer. Figured it was a supply issue from when it first opened but months in and the best alternative is still Dr pepper or cherry coke. Usually go with tea or lemonade at that point.

The lords chicken has given us sustenance once again. My last trip through this location was actually great, drive through sign was down but the young lady outdoors was holding it down with a polite attitude and the my pleasures were plenty. Food was cooked well and the order that was given to me was correct. Can’t ask for much more from drive through food.

We have been to this establishment several times and have always been satisfied. This time we noticed our two boxes of fries were barely filled with fries. We had a few large ones and the rest were small pieces. Not good! You need to be consistent with portion size!
