We were traveling through Twin Falls and decided to stop for dinner. We love Chick-fil-A. The employees are so gracious and willing to help you any way they can. They can move through a line of guests really quickly. The food is always delicious. This location was packed, but they moved people through easily. As soon as people left, they were cleaning the table for the next guest. They have a nice play area for children.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The manager came over multiple times to check on our party of eleven. It was extremely busy but service was still fast. It’s safe to say you can’t go wrong picking Chick-fil-A. We also got a laugh out of the little googly eyes on the sign!

Wow! What an incredible experience. We had multiple people check on us, offer to get us refills, take our garbage, and the staff were super friendly. The food was top notch and they even had flowers on the table. What an exemplar to other fast food chains. I hope this Chick Fil A is around for a long time and I’m disappointed we live so far away from here and cannot come back to support them more often. Don’t change a thing, I encourage everyone to eat here. What a treat!

This place is amazing and the employees are always so nice and caring. This place runs fast, and I never have to wait too long for food. The Play Place is mainly clean and has shoe bins, so kids’ shoes aren’t trampled on. I love eating here and go all the time now!!

We recently stopped into this location on our road trip from Yellowstone. The service was absolutely amazing! Fred was in and was absolutely the most delightful person ever! Our oldest daughter is obsessed with Chic-Fil-A and managed to find one of the smaller stuffies on site. We managed to find the largest size at a different location in Washington State and she named it Fred in honor of our stop here

I’ve been to this Chick-Fil-A many times and not once have I had a bad experience. Everything is fast, fresh, and friendly! Their customer service is always phenomenal! Fred is a favorite of ours—the kids love seeing him when we go in. The play place, bathroom, and everywhere really is always clean. And more than once we have been given free extras just because. Seriously the best place.
