My wife placed an order through her app for me to pickup, when I arrive they have a separate line for mobile orders so that’s where I went. Turns out if the person who ordered isn’t picking it up you cannot use that line. I proceeded to get into the regular line where the girl gave me attitude for having an express order. The food was correct and good however the large frys were only 50% full (see pic)

Rudest staff ever, especially the employee named Zack. It’s not like I eat at this chain that much because it’s really no longer the company it started out as, but when a customer tells you something went wrong with an order, stop blaming your customers when you rely on a computer program for processing. Computers are not perfect and do not always process orders correctly. I would know because I audit systems for a living. Your systems are indeed just as fallible as humans. Next time, try not to be such an a**. And really you refill lemonades for free for your customers who eat in. When a customer requests to bring back an incorrect lemonade, don’t be a grinch and say we don’t give away free drinks. It’s not free when your customer paid for it and is saying it’s incorrect.

Got here to pick up breakfast for my family and I was in like at 10:15 knowing they end breakfast at 10:30. The line was very busy and they had 2 people with iPads serving the line those 2 people did not even try to get to those at the end of the line and once I finally made it to the front it was 10:38 I explained I had been where waiting and they refused to serve me anything other than lunch. I think this is inconsiderate to their customers and and even now I am stuck in the line watching them serve others the same items I wanted this is ridiculous!

Chick-Fil-A does what they do very well. We don’t go often, and I’ve never had a complaint about the food. The service is fast and friendly. This trip, this location however, needs to step up their game in terms of cleanliness. The ladies room was a hot mess… The trash can was overflowing and there was no toilet paper! Yes we went at 1:00 in the afternoon and they were fairly busy, but no busier than your average fast food joint at lunchtime. Fortunately (for them) my trip into the restroom was after we’d eaten, or we would’ve probably left without ordering anything.
