Just got home from a 30 min drive. My grilled chicken sandwich tastes nasty and soggy. Bread fell apart and i hate that i was hungry and finished the rest with no bread. Hopefully I don’t get sick from this. Must be my luck, in the past never had issue. Also the waffle fries seems to not be cooked all the way. They didn’t even provide a receipt

So I ordered $70 worth of food. Online order, I get home I missing items. I now have to drive back 20 min to get the missing items m. My family is back home eating I gave my sandwich up to my son. So I can come back and pick up what was forgotten on there part. So I order 1 extra sandwich and a drink. Thought they would atleast take care of me. Nope they didn’t. The staff looks lost big guy in black shirt sees a line of people in the front. Just stands looking at a screen instead of hoping in and getting the line out. Just overall not cool man. I always spend a lot of money here but I might need to go somewhere else.

The service is very fast and well organized, even when the lines are super long. The employees are always kind, courteous and have a smile on their faces.

I believe the reason they put so much effort into their service and friendliness is to make up for the lack of options and flavor. Chick-fil-A is good but not amazing. Definitely overrated. The sandwiches are plain for how expensive they are. The tiny salads are over $10. Go to Cafe Rio and get a real sized salad. Their lemonade isn’t bad but the peach shake was disappointing. All in all decent place.

Usually never have issues here. But this morning? The receipt says Dante was who helped us and I’m not sure why he was having a rough day, but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and tried to be patient with him as he was being extremely rude and almost condescending when taking our order. I had questions and he answered me like if he was an upset father reprimanding his children. Not only that the tone and attitude I received from this young man in the drive through were just harsh for it being 10:00 am. Please make sure if you’re working customer service you have a little more emotional intelligence and empathy for inquiring customers. A little patience will get you far.

Staff is pretty friendly & helpful. The restaurant was clean & guests were happy. The parking lot on the other hand may need some help on how people be driving in! But other than that they are pretty fast at the drive thru.

Amazing Customer Service and Satisfaction! Here’s why…I ordered a 30 count chicken nuggets as part of my large order, got home and they were the unbreaded ones, called the store after the testers gave them a thumbs down (I personally like them) and drove back and the store gave me the correct order and an apology for the mix-up for my picky eaters! Cheers to a great service team all around!!
