Rare do I go to chick-fil-A and not enjoy the food here . Yet I had breakfast at chick-fil-A recently and I wasn’t too thrilled with my order. As always the service was immaculate and compared to a number of chick-fil-As I’ve been to , this atmosphere was a tad better . They also had a small play area for children to enjoy in a separate glass window room with I thought was nice and had never seen at chick-fil-A before. I feel my meal ws small in proportion even though it was good !

This is hands down the worse chick-fil-a experience that I’ve had. I ordered a spicy deluxe w/ american cheese and no tomatoes. Specially with no tomatoes because I am highly allergic to tomatoes. When I got my sandwich there was tomatoes on it. Now I ordered through DoorDash, so I called the store first to see if they’d have a solution and do you know what the lady on the phone told me….”oh you have to contact DoorDash”. DOORDASH DID NOT MESS UP MY ORDER!! ON MY RECEIPT IT SAYS NO TOMATOES. They didn’t offer to compensate me at the restaurant if I was willing to come, they did not offer to fix the issue nor did they give a genuine apology..for wasting my hard earned money!! The customer service is 10/10 horrible, the food wasn’t that great either… my food was cold and there wasn’t much salt on my fries either. So not only did they mess up my whole sandwich, I only had fries and a soda to eat, the fries were cold and barely had salt, and the customer service was terrible. 10/10 never going again

Service was good. The chicken strips were good, but the portion was pretty small. The drinks were good, not much ice in them (this is a good thing). The fries, while cooked well, had almost no seasoning and tasted incredibly plain. Would I go back? Probably not because of the portion size of the chicken, it was as if I was handed a kid’s meal.

Chick-fil-A is well-known for its customer service. This place holds true to form. The staff were super-friendly and smiling. Even the staff member picking up debris in the parking lot smiled and waved. I got two spicy chicken biscuits and put strawberry jam on them. Delicious. Hash browns were crispy and hot. Delicious. Their chicken nuggets, waffle fries and their sauce is always outstanding. But, what was impressive was their customer service. We sat and ate lunch in their dinning area and we were offered refills on our drinks, they asked how our food was and they cleared away the dirty plates. Outstanding!

I like this new location. It has plenty of parking although a bit confusing for the drive-through. It’s a busy place to get out from as other businesses share the entrance/exit, and this Chick-fil-A is across is a big mall center, but there are traffic lights which help to some extent. Well, the food is Chick-fil-A food and it’s good as usual.

The manager on duty for Thursday Aug 3, 2023 at 5pm with shoulder length strawberry blonde hair treated me as a push off… I explained to her that I ordered on door dash a chicken sandwich meal but only fries and a bacon Mac n cheese showed up… I had to buy a second meal… she looked at me as if she gave two sh;ts and said okay are u going to order another meal cause it was nothing she could for me… mind u, I already placed my second order in line… I just wanted to mention it to a manager that food was missing from the first order.
