We come here all the time for lunch. Ur local Firestone. You see the order and they didn’t want to give me dressing for my salad. Rude. Very unprofessional. Lady with caked up makeup and the guy giving my food. From the beginning to the end. Horrible service. But then doesn’t give me dressing for me salad. Wow. Jus wow!!

Only outside seating. Short staffed, so plan on waiting a while to get your order taken (took us 25 minutes to place order with only 1 person a head of us) then another pretty long wait to get food (another 15 mins). Have them repeat your order back because I didn’t realize they missed part of my order until I sat down & looked over my receipt. By then, the line was 10+ people long, so I didn’t have time to wait again. Fries were cold, but chicken nuggets were good. We had to park across the street since the parking lot was tiny & packed. I couldn’t even pull in because it was blocked by others trying to park.

I think chick fil a is charging sauces from workers. I recently placed and order and was very disappointed to find that none of the sauces I requested were added. Zero sauces. 000000. Even sticker has everything on it. Thanks for ignoring all requests and doing very very bad.

Visited today, Jun 22 ’23. Ok, but not what Chick-fil-A used to be. The basic sandwich used to be juicy and nice with no condiments, now it’s dry. The 12pc nuggets were also dry and mostly very small in size (~1/4 a McNugget). Much better before it blew up in popularity. No use for Chick-fil-A anymore, particularly considering how difficult it is to get an order and how long it takes to wait in a drive-through line. Not worth it now.

The staff here is exceptionally nice and helpful. It’s a smaller location with a primary drive thru and just outdoor seating. A restroom is available, just remember to ask for the code prior. I noticed in the mornings, food comes out a bit slower, but it taste fresh and I can tell it was just made.

They got my order wrong both times Ive been here. Missing stuff and the stuff they gave me was wrong and the fries were half filled… they were able to put all the napkins and sauce in the container without spilling over. My order is on the bag I don’t understand how it can be messed up..

No inside dining at this one, at all. It does not exist. Dine out,pick up or drive through which 1st of all I thought was strange. 2nd of all, I waited outside for 25 minutes and watched 10 people get their food prior to my lunch for 1 person order. Ummmmm, I finally asked about the order and was told my name was called, and I never came to check on my order?? They have a microphone which they can call your name on when your outside I u can hear it. Makes sense. Well, I surely would not have sat there and heard my name and not gotten my food. It was weird. After they acted like it was my fault that I didn’t hear them call My name or recheck on my order, they proceeded to give me a cold order. I laughed and said, warm food please. It’s cold outside and I’ve been waiting. Lol. What a joke.

It’s not my favorite chick fil a. The flavor is there but the chicken size in my spicy deluxe was way smaller than usual leaving just bread bites. The bun and the chicken was less than warm. The waffle fries were soft and also not quite warm. The staff seemed nice enough; this location is way laid back and casual compared to the streamlined other locations like Del Amo, or even the one by galleria. I mean, I didn’t even know if the lemonade I had was diet or regular as there was only one container and it had both stickers on it. Not coming back as there are better locations.
