This has has to be the slowest chick-fil- a drive thru in SoCal. Any time of the day, lunch or dinner you will expect a 20-30min wait. And then they get your food wrong….get it together plz.

Great place , I like the food and in person, the staff is always very courteous and professional. I usually get the spicy chix sandwich and my kids get the nuggets. The only qualm I have is that 2 out of the 4 past times I was there, they failed to give me a complete order. The first order was missing nuggets. The second was missing a breakfast sandwich. 50% accuracy is not good. I unfortunately rarely check my order and don’t check till I get home. When I call they give me the 3rd degree like its my fault they forgot. Thats the reasoning for my 3/5 stars for service. But, like I said in person service is great I would just recommend you check your order.

The staff here is always happy and polite and probably it’s mostly due to the efforts of the manager Steve Hollins. The restaurant is very clean and the employees are always concerned about creating a relationship with their clientele. Often they make an effort to look you in the eye and say your name clearly during pickup (especially if you use the app). They are usually very efficient in completing your order and also considerate during the way. Every now and then they may forget to include your favorite sauce or an utensil, however, this is a rare occurrence. The drive thru is equally efficient and in Chick-filet-A style they have additional staff outside when busy to make sure things run smoothly. The food is typically prepared just as you expect and if things aren’t right they will fix the situation accordingly. I always look forward to dining here especially during breakfast time to start the day off right and in a pleasant way.

I only been to Chick-fil-A once back in 2013 and I finally went again yesterday. The grilled chicken sandwich was awesome. Plus you can replace the regular bun with a gluten free bun. The spicy chicken sandwich and chicken tenders was also very tasty. Waffle fries were top tier.

The joint was crowded and noisy. They’ve got weird trash cans that are accessed from the bottom not from the top. I found it disgusting to be eating next to one of them while it’s contents were being emptied out.
