Long time customer of Chick filet. We been having issues with peach tea was terrible and frosted lemonade did not taste like frosted lemonade we had before? Orders incorrect 2x.(this within the last month). Will go to Colonies Chick Filet as I told a supervisor at Mountain when I complained. Not happy unfortunately, hopefully mgt. can correct these issues with right attitude?

When I’ve been in there the employees are so attentive asking if they can refill your drink, pick up your trash, etc. I’m also involved in fundraising for the city and they always donate. Such a breath of fresh air. 10 stars.

This place is a mess. We waited through the drive thru and we got skipped along with 5 other cars. The workers in the drive thru are in another world. And we had to wait for 20 minutes after to finally get our food and the employees out there look like they are having a blast. No repercussions. Service was mid too and didn’t even give us utensils and napkins. Worst Chic Fil A by far.

I would give zero if I could, let me just say… Horrible, horrible food. I forced myself to eat whatever it was they gave me, I spent $25 dollars on a chicken sandwich with cheese and the bread was all soaked in water, lettuce was stale, tomatoes were going slimy, I take it they had that sandwich sitting in the heat warmer for some long time. I also got some fries, those were just as bad. This is so surprising, cause I always go to other Chick-Fil-A locations, and their sandwiches are always mouth watering delicious! I take it it’s only this location in Upland, Mountain. According to most reviews on here, I’m not the only one to agree this new Chick-Fil-A establishment is NO BUENO! Help is seriously needed here. My Grubhub driver was on time, so it was not their fault.

Their policies are gravely different and are honestly a detriment for a consistent successful business.
