Truett Cathy experimented for years at the Dwarf Grill in Hapeville, GA when in 1964, he finally arrived at the perfect recipe. On that day, the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich was born. This was my very first time coming to Chick Fil A and all I can say is Alexandra, which was the young lady who took my order, was really kind and patient with me. She let me take my time deciding what was best for me to get as my first time at this restaurant. My husband as well went to this place two days ago to get me and my son dinner. it was his first time as well and he asked her what she recommended or what was her favorite item of the menu for my son and he loved it. I will definitely come back and I hope I get to see her again. Such a nice young lady!

I go there once a week. They open at 6:30am and I get there at 6:20am. I put my order at 6:30am and I sit in the driveway. They give me my order between 6:40am and 6:50am. Today for the first time I got a card for a free item but I was almost late for my 7am shift. A free item is not going to help me at work. I will not be going to this location.

I have also experience a racist like attitude from someone people were calling “Nick” in the drive-thru. I assume it is the same Nicholas that people are complaining about. He was very rude and clearly didnt care about his job. He didnt say it to my face but he was clearly judging me because Im Latin and not up to “his” standards. Its 2023 and still theres people like this in the world. I would like something to be done but this establishment is nothing but an embarrassment to the ones that actually try and care for their costumers. It might look nice from the outside but the STAFF DOES NOT CARE.
