Catching a flight back to Austin, Texas and stopped in for a chicken sandwich. The service was good, location was clean, and the only complaint was the size of the chicken breast. Not sure if it’s a California thing or what, or maybe everything’s bigger in Texas. But, the chicken breast was very small.

Recently I have been noticing disheartening behavior from managers at this location. I always receive great service here but have been noticing a change in behavior in management. What has caught me off guard the most is seeing managers get upset with employees in front of customers. I have never once been in contact with an employee who was anything but amazing! To me the change of atmosphere is super noticeable and very makes me feel very uncomfortable as a customer….. Acting appropriately to your employees and helping them out is important! Especially when customers are watching.

This restaurant is extremely obnoxious. Workers are extremely rowdy and hang out in public eating areas talking abruptly. As we walked in the manager was rowdining about 10 workers to scream at customer friends as they walked through the door. The one one stockdale is a more calm place and workers act a lot more professional.

The drive thru line was insane there were so many cars that decided to dine. The cashier was friendly we received our order very quickly considering how busy they were Walked in the place was popping, place was clean, floors were mopped. As for Heath and safety they were on it. All the employees had face masks so they were obviously making it a priority to take safety for the employees and as well as their customers as well as the public . After every customer would leave the table someone would come immediately to disinfect it. Great job! Definitely coming back!!!

Chick-fil-A food is amazing and so is service, the food comes fast and is fresh and hot, however there’s alway a certain vibe every time i have visited, I wouldn’t know how to explain, anyway they have a lot of workers and they’re always cleaning, i almost felt like one of the workers was waiting for us to get up to clean our table, then my son got up to go play, a few minutes passed and i stand up to go check on him, when I came back the same workers was already wiping the table, haha. I mean I love a clean restaurant don’t get me wrong.
