We are big fans of Chick-fil-A and we were really looking forward to come here since in Watsonville where we just moved to there are none. Our experience was as good as it can be and the manager was extremely attentive and even brought us a cookie as a “welcome” to the area. This place is different from any other chain. This is the best chick fil a I have been too. I went at noon on a Saturday. It wasn’t too crazy busy, and there was parking. the play area was so nice. Everything was clean and the service was lovely. The owner even filled up my drink a few times.

I’ve only been to Chick-fil-A 3 times over the years. The original chicken sandwich is tender, juicy and perfectly cooked. Add a couple pickle slices, a good bun and that’s it. The waffle fries are good, not exceptional. There were some seasonal drinks. I had a watermelon lemonade with basil. It was an interesting sweet/tart combination that was refreshing. The service is outstanding. The place is really clean. Everyone there is well trained and friendly. For a fast food place, you can’t do any better.

This is the best Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. It’s like a well oiled machine. Was a great place to stop during our road-trip for a bathroom break and a quick bite to eat. This is a really big location that gets a lot of people coming through so I recommend ordering ahead if you want to save yourself a little bit of time. I Will be returning when I pass through Salinas next.

Sometimes service is excellent sometimes it sucks, half the time I go I end up with stomach issues. Sometimes you get get hot fries, someetimes they’re cold. Its a 35 min drive from where I live wish it was more consistent.
