This was my 1st time here. Immediately I noticed how clean the entire establishment was, including the restrooms. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The senior lady greeting people and keeping the dining area clean (I wish I knew her name) was especially welcoming and made me feel at home. When I told her this was my 1st visit she surprised me with some complimentary meal cards. The food is very good, but more importantly the service and atmosphere made my visit a cut above most other establishments. They really go the extra mile for their customers at this location.

As visitors from Hawaii we wanted to eat at Chick-fil-A since our island has yet to get this restaurant yet. Area had ample parking. We decided to dine in for a late lunch. We were immediately greeted. Staff was very friendly and professional, they also brought our meal to our table when it was ready. Restaurant and restrooms were really clean. My husband ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal and for my son, we ordered a kids chicken nuggets with a fruit cup and apple juice. Both really enjoyed their meals and ate it all. Condiment station was well organized and well stocked. A worker walked by and started a conversation with us, very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to others!

Wow, how unfortunate. They have the sweetest lady working there and she made sure to take care of us when Chick-fil-A had messed up our order big time. They took time to apologize and offer coupons. I went back today with coupons specific to this location and the managers standing right behind the cashier denied us and didn’t even bother to intervene. We left after waiting in line for 15 minutes to feed our family with no food or any sign of the great customer service that I’ve experienced my whole life with Chick-fil-A. I just moved here from Georgia, so maybe I’m used to a different type of hospitality that is offered there.
