In context to a typical fast food joint, the experience was fantastic. During dinner rush hour Friday evening, the restaurant was well staffed, the service was prompt and very courteous, and the tables and facilities were clean. Not only were the mainly teenage staff respectful and polite, they were extremely efficient. One staff member was working the dining room area, keeping it clean and asking guests if they needed anything at all. The restroom was clean, unexpectedly so compared to typical fast food restaurants. The best part was observing the drive-thru system with ample amount of staff taking orders directly from car windows as they pulled up from two different approach lanes. The efficiency was military style (intended as a compliment). Customer experiences like this , especially with younger staff teams, always reflect leadership and training. Hats off to the team here!

So this setup is new to me and I could be wrong… but it seems that by creating additional lines in the parking lot which congests it and removing the automated ordering process by chosing random spots to “take orders” —-that you can do for yourself and adding 8 additional humans to the mix- with taking orders where there are no visible menus (offered paper menus) and handing me my food from someone outside the window— you are creating a chaos to manage but y’all do you. There is a lot of touching stuff and interaction for what seems likes no reason to me because it took just as long or longer but kept me busy and anxious the whole time interacting with your people in forced awkwardness— Although they are all sweet kids.

As with two other recent reviews, I received half full, large fries. There is no way these “settled” on the short drive. Please accurately fill large fry boxes. Disappointing to see especially after the recent price increase.

Always see the long drive-thru lines of all Eastside locations.We decided to try both breakfast and dinner. The salad and the sauces were great. The fried chicken wasn’t greasy. The service was awesome. Definitely felt the difference comparing to other fast food.

I don’t get the hype with this company. It’s a fast food chicken place. I tried it once and won’t go back. It turned out expensive! Like 12 bucks for some chicken sandwich and fries that were cold and I ended up getting the end pieces. So crumbs. Quality of the food is nothing special. Sauces taste very artificial which is just expected with a McDonalds competitor.

Good place for burgers. Place is clean and hospitality is great. Don’t miss to try their ranch sauce. We had their chicken roll and it tasted great and healthy. They are open till 11 pm but their dining closes at 9:45 pm. So plan accordingly.
