Always stop here when going out of town as we don’t have one in our area. Food is always fresh and delicious. Chicken strips are my favorite while my kids love the chicken sandwiches. Fries are good and crispy. You have to get the chick fil a sauce and use it on everything. It is so good!!

So I stopped in for my hot and spicy chicken sandwich, and it is still the best sandwich in Vancouver as far as being consistent. Everything was good sandwich was better than warm. The only thing is the sandwich could have been a little bit hotter, hot and spicy breading was flaking off. Staff was great and clean.

Out of control. The counter, bathroom and dining room are filthy in the evening at peak hours. The busy, hardworking staff can’t keep up with the drive through, dining room, pick-up orders and the cars outside that order ahead. The multitasking costs those dining in a clean, comfortable experience. There’s always a queue of people waiting for take out blocking access to the dining room, a shortcoming of the small lobby. Dining in August, the tables are left with all of the detritus of previous customers, the floor is unswept, and no cleaning is initiated without a prompt from the guests. And multiple tables are then cleaned with the same wet cloth. Piling on, too many parking spots are reserved for people not dining in the restaurant. This requires guests to walk across the very busy parking lot. I love Chick fil A, but regret that this location is trying to do too many things at once, degrading the dine in experience.

Chick-fil-A is always consistent. If you want a great chicken whatever, you can get it here. It’s a little pricey, but what isn’t nowadays! I love the sauces and you really can’t go wrong with anything and I’ve had everything! Want something amazing? Get the cookie and ask them to warm it up, it’s a lifestyle changer!

They were busy and it felt like it. The gentlman manager on duty seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Also is it just me or does it seem that the quality of the food has gone down. The breading is always soggy and never crunchy anymore. So yeah just be aware. Not horrible but there’s better out there
