Great food great service. However, if you happen to go to this particular location… Watch out for the “security guy”, as soon as you exit your vehicle, he is already starting to write you out a ticket. I got my food at Chick-fil-A with my receipt having a timestamp of 11:35 and after getting to my vehicle, and reading my fantastic citation, I see that the citation was written at 11:34 AM ! My meal cost $80 and I definitely will always choose Chick-fil-A but I will probably not be returning to this location. They need to specifically designate at least 5 to 10 parking spots specifically for Chick-fil-A customers.

I had a really bad experience after eating here. Unfortunately, I got sick after eating a cobb salad and it was not pleasant. I’m doing my best to take care of myself, but it’s been tough. I haven’t seen a doctor yet, but I’m considering it. It might bea good idea to let the restaurant or health department know about what happened so that they can prevent future incidents. For now, I’m trying to stay hydrated and rest as much as possible.

They do not take gift cards which really is disappointing because i drove 20 minutes from umich to this location because it is the closest to ann arbor. I will not be coming back because I have a gift card to use and thats really the only reason I came out here

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am a student at Eastern Michigan University and out of my 5 years attending this school, I had never had problems with customer service UNTIL TODAY. This year, EMU had made an app where people with meal plans could order from the app and pick it up when they get there. They have a scanning system where when you get to the restaurant you can scan the QR code from the app and then they will get your order. I had ordered a little bit early so I was expecting to wait anyways. The employees AND manager both saw me scan my phone. They turned around, looked at me, and then went back to working. I thought that they knew that I was the one who scanned with a mobile order. So I went over to the waiting section where other people were waiting for their food. I heard my order name said by a few employees but they never brought over the order. I have a pretty recognizable name so I was sure that they would be able to understand that. I waited 5, 10 15, then 20 minutes and still no order! I watched people that were ordering in person get their food in less than 5 minutes. I heard from the back of the kitchen that they “needed more communication!” and the manager seemed to just blow off that request. Finally, after waiting all that time, I went up to the scanner again and scanned the app. Then, they all turned around and asked me for the name of my order. It almost felt like they were mocking me because within that entire time I waiting, they all had seen me standing there in the waiting section. I said, “The name’s Neil for the order.” An employee gave me my order and as I started to walk away I heard, “Oh Neil? Like Neil Armstrong?” as they proceeded to giggle about it. This is something I have been picked on my entire life for and to just be mocked over my name and their lack of attention, I was fuming. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE and EASTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY needs to start checking who they hire in to work their restaurants. Very unacceptable in my book. They don’t know who they are serving and how their words/actions might affect other people. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Seriously. SMH
