It’s Chick-fil-A, so the food was normal. My issue comes in with the way the parking lot is configured(same as in NOLA). There’s very little easily recognizable signage as to where to go for curbside orders. I drove around a couple times before I saw a sign (a sheet of paper taped to a cone or whatever it was) near an outer door. I wish the signage was clearer.

Great, but it can be excellent. Every Chick Fil A I’ve been too, nothing has never been forgotten. However, with every other visit, something is missing. I will update whenever I can get a few more visits without anything missing.

Very disappointed in this location. Usually Chick-fil-A can do no wrong, but the Laplace restaurant has some serious quality control issues. My orders have consistently been wrong at each visit (I’ve had literally ALL 3 of the sandwiches that I ordered turn out to be completely different items), I’ve had items missing, and they bring the orders to the cars behind you quite frequently. The workers seem friendly, but I won’t get my hopes too high in the future. Photo below to show the half empty medium fruit cup bowl I received with my breakfast this morning.

Extremely disappointed with this CHick-Fil-A LaPlace service. Firstly, they never answer my calls or my colleagues calls (tried 4x) I got ahold of the CARE call centre, they told me they would get the LaPlace branch to call me back – no one ever did. (also the lady who I spoke to didn’t seem enthusiastic enough to assist properly) We placed an online order for drive-through collection, for a virtual lunch meeting. When it was time to collect the food, they said we have to press a button on the website to tell them we are on our way. Could not find the button where they said it was – there was no button anywhere like that. The website said we can collect our order and that it has been placed, order number and everything appeared. But the people at LaPlace refused to assist us, so we cancelled order. Very dissatisfied with this service, won’t be supporting them.

Extremely clean. Well organized. Well thought out. Has a table to accommodate larger families, which would normally have to put tables together or squeeze into a booth. Staff was polite but not overbearingly nice. Food was fast and fresh with no errors! Will happily return to this location in the future.

I’m not going to be the type to be super bad or really good reviewer. I’m giving this an honest review. When we first got there, we noticed right off the bat how fast the cars were leaving even despite it being a lot so props to the team for that. They had a few people standing outside to take orders beforehand allowing the orders to get to your car before you even get to the window. The workers were all extremely polite and efficient at their jobs. Now with that being said, let’s get onto the food. The fries were extremely salty but the sandwich more than made up for it. The food was still warm and quite good in fact. The Mac and cheese tasted homemade which kind of brought a tear to my eye. All in all, yall did a really good job.

I came in at 11:30. The workers seemed friendly but the wait time and food was terrible with only 6 customers in the restaurant i had to wait almost 17 minutes befor my food got to my table. The bread was really hard and the chicken seemed over cooked, kinda hard and looked really dark. Said to say but I will not come back to this location.

Waited 13min for 2 prepaid drive thru orders. Finally after receiving our orders they came and gave us a card for a complimentary treat. We’ll tried to use both today and neither works. Spoke with someone else same happened to them after receiving a card for a long wait time. This chick fila is a joke they’re clearly giving out previously used cards.
