Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A, I wait a long time in the drive thru. Every other one I go to is incredibly fast. Today, I waited about 2 minutes before I said hello to the speaker and I was answered right away with a “sorry for the wait, how can I help you” so I asked for a chicken bowl, as always, and I received a burrito. I never eat burritos which I can guarantee I didn’t say burrito. I told the lady that gave me the food and she went to another lady which I won’t write the name of, that my order is wrong. She automatically caught an attitude, I couldn’t hear what she told the other lady and went to the computer to press hard all over the screen. I guess looking for my order. She then proceeded to ask for a chicken bowl and packed my food with the same bad attitude and threw my food on the counter. Threw my bag of food on the counter!! As if it was trash and not my almost $10 breakfast that I just had to wait for. So I asked for them to remake it and I told her not to touch my food, to let someone else do it because I don’t want her to throw the food I’m about to eat, she still packed it and gave it to me. I told her to fix her attitude and it’s not fair the guy misunderstood me and now I’m being mistreated and I took off. Realizing once I took off that the bowl looked so sloppy and the lid was not clear it was messy like someone shook the bowl or something. It did not look pleasant. I called the manager and spoke to him about it and hopefully she’ll change her attitude and not ruin people’s mornings! One thing for sure is, I will not be returning to this location.

I just love some Chick Fil A! This location is close to the convention center and the hotels and I am down there quite a bit for work. Usually a friendly staff, with one exception of a young lady who clearly did not want to be there this week. But usually, friendly folks with great food and they move things along pretty quick!

We went to the kid and family convention two weeks ago. With the each purchase of child ticket, a kid meal is promised from Chick Fila at this location. We confirmed twice with the event staff, only the QRcode is needed to redeem. The rule is different when we arrived, now tickets need to printed out in order to redeem. The manager said that he was just changed the rule and would not comprised. Extreme poor costumer service. NEVER go back to this place.

I’m in awe of the excellent service that I always receive at this Chick Fil A. It never disappoints! The food is always fresh and tasty, and the drive through customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!
