Sam was our server extraordinaire tonight at the Chick’n Max in West Wichita/Maize, Kansas! Everything was quick to come to the table, the good was hot, nothing burned and Sam offered to clear the table for us. This is not our first visit and it will not be our last! This restaurant is always clean and a great place to have some fantastic chicken!

We eat here often. Its a good place to bring kids. The Chicken strips are tasty and the variety of sauces are great. Pre-pandemic the sauces and soda machines were self serve. Now you have to wait in line to request a refill and you have to pay to get an extra tiny plastic container of sauce. They need to return to the previous way of doing business.

The staff was courtesy. The quality of the food was excellent! I love the breading on my chicken tenders! It’s not too much. We had the smoked wings and white cheddar mac and cheese. Both were perfect, also.

We Love the food at chicken max!! The only suggestion I have is the size of the sauce portion when going through the drive through. We get the family meal and I’m out of my sauce after 2 chicken strips. Please make the containers a little bigger.

I go to chicken max often to get a chicken Cobb salad. I typically have my eight month old baby with me and sometimes he isn’t thrilled. There is one woman that works the drive-through that is so patient and helpful.

The smoke breast quarter is amazing! The potato salad side is small but tasty. Overall, it was plenty for me. The staff was fast and friendly. We were there for a late lunch, so not busy.

I stopped by Chick N Max on the way to the airport to get some popping hot chicken tenders and all those amazing dipping sauces – yum! While I waited (because you definitely aren’t getting heat lamp chicken here) I had the best conversation with the staff behind the counter. They were courteous, friendly, kind and polite! What a breath of fresh air. You can tell this is a well run organization! Everything was spic & span, too.
