This place was awesome at one point in time. It’s now going in the wrong direction. They started skimping on food. I like a pickle with my buffalo sandwich but now you’d be lucky to get a quarter of one if you get one at all. Who ever just made my chicken philly did not give a dam. What’s up with the hot sauce? We loved the hot sauce selection but now only have buffalo sauce.

The quality is great, everything has great flavor but the size of the meat is disappointing. I got a 4 piece tender and they looked more like nuggets. You guys have a really well run restaurant just serve slightly larger wings and tenders. The size of the chicken tenders was very sad for the overall price. I basically paid full chicken prices for my meal to be mostly fries and a side of chicken.

Fries taste like they have been under heat lamp form the day before I bought. Chicken wings are very very small, almost fits on the ranch container.

I ordered 10 piece combo to go. I ordered 10 piece combo to go. My french fries were soggy and appear to look old as if the group was old because they had a brownish color to them and not a golden color. My 10 piece tenders were tiny and soggy.

The biggest downfall of this particular chick n run is how busy they are. Which causes service to be a little slow sometimes. Walk in to-go orders have taken between 15-25mins to get to me, but given how busy they are it’s actually not that bad. The workers have always been very kind to me and the chicken salad sandwich meals I always get are very delicious, Highly recommend.
