20 chicken wings… one would think 20 chicken wings could never fit into ONE styrofoam to-go container. However this place charged $30 dollars for 20 UNSEASONED lemon pepper chicken wings. One entire wing was literally the size of a small party wing. Ridiculous. Will never return.

Well I didn’t finish my meal for that there was hair in my food and of course I tried to call them up but they didn’t answer… like they were busy or something yeah I don’t see how there was no one there when I got there and no one showed up while I was there… they close at 10.. and it’s not even 8.. I think this place should lock up and don’t come back!

I have never been as disappointed in Chicken-A-Peel as I have been recently. I ordered chicken wings seasoned with lemon pepper. Not only were there no seasoning on the wings, the size was EXTREMELY small and they were also overcooked. I will say since new management has taken over, quality and service is very poor. If management cared about they’re customers, the would read these posts and make some positive changes. We’ll they have lost another customer and any recommendation.

The food was better before the staff changed. I need the Latin X guy to come back out be there more often. It was always good when he’s there. I eat here at least twice per month. The superman potato tastes like a boiled bland potato, not what a superman potato should should like, but the catfish filets and nuggets are still the best reason to visit and keeps me a loyal customer.

I have been ordering chicken from chicken a-peel for years for my family gatherings. Here recently I recommended their company to a family member and volunteered to pick up for her gathering. The order was placed to be ready at 11:30am. Arrived at 11:45am and it was not ready. I was very surprised at the rude response when questioning why the order was not ready. I was met with “Do you want it or not”. Due to it being a family member and her gathering starting soon I went forward with the order. However the chicken was cooked so hard, it did not have the requested seasoning and she was embarrassed to serve at her function. I refuse to support organizations that do not value their customers, are rude and lack accountability. I will not give you my money to treat me bad. Chicken a-peel has lost a long time customer and my recommendations.
