I went here with some family, I loved the vibes that the dining room had, the servers definitely work hard to keep it clean and pleasant, the staff are kind and the food is very good, but the damn hot is not as the name suggests. I have been here many times and am pleased with the quantity of food to price, if you are stopping by the Eugene area definitely check this place out.

Went in for the first time and did the all you can eat… they asked us if we wanted a refill a minute after we got our food which made me pretty weirded out but I guess it was because it’s all you can eat. Coming from a Korean I’ll say that the Korean BBQ sauce doesn’t even taste anywhere near Korean BBQ. The garlic parmesan was okay but pretty salty. We didn’t even finish either of those. I wanted to try plain wings next and those were straight up salty and could only take one bite. Pretty much ended there. Paid $50 for two people just for chicken and feel like I just wasted my money.

First-time there and disappointed, we heard great things about it. The wife asked for sauces on the side. We did not realize til we got home, she’d got nothing. My wings were the mild Buffalo, and I enjoyed them. The fries were delicious and huge. Still disappointed, we ordered honey BBQ sauce and Terriaki sauce for wife’s wings. Paid for it and then got nothing.

While the food is very good, Chicken Bonz is just bare bones when it comes to atmosphere. The place is very much showing its age and could sure use a facelift. The young people working here provide excellent service.

Not terrible, but not great. I tried the chicken tenders and fries and my friend had the bone in wings. The tenders were fine, nothing to complain about but basic. I got the jalapeño pineapple teriyaki but it was pretty much just straight teriyaki and not even a tiny bit spicy. My friend said her wings didn’t have much meat on them. Her spicy BBQ was the best sauce we tried. The fries were basic shoestring but pretty good and the fry sauce was a crowd pleaser. The small fry is a huge portion. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. I would give this place another shot since I’ve heard people love it, and while it was busy while we were there, it just wasn’t a stand out experience for me.

Soo sad to see this place degrade. Used to be one of my favorites. Last two times has been terrible. Today was the same as last time. A noticably smaller, yet far more expensive portion of super dry, tough, over cooked chicken. Old wilted fries that were almost soggy. Entitled teenage staff, sticky tables, and grease covered fry sauce and ketchup self serve bottles. Frankly it was just gross.They should change name to ‘Chicken Groanz’. The only positive was the delightful young woman who took our order. Sure hope she finds a better job. She deserves it. Really considering never going back and just sticking to Fred Meyer deli tenders. Way better and less money.

Went in fot dinner waited 45 minutes for our food. My wife went up to the counter and inqury about our order and got attuide from the cashier. The biggest issue is every time we visit the price has increased. Were done wont return

Used to be my go to spot for chicken. The dining area was covered in dust. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Food was not only expensive but made me and my brother very sick. Kitchen wall was covered in grease as well.
