I had a chance to enjoy the #brokedamout fried chicken and beef brisket here when they were on Dillingham, so I was over the moon to hear they relocated to Pearl Highlands Center next to the food court. The grinds here are the real deal. We’ve already been here 3-4 times and can’t get them off our mind. Great for take out or catering. Everyone loves Chicken & Brisket’s ono food.

Love this place, they have a great selection of entrees, you will definitely find something to eat. The staff was very helpful and patient when it came to taking a bunch of orders during the lunch rush. It was very clean and well taken care of. Make sure you get a seat by the neon sign so you can tell a friend and show this amazing place off.

My husband and I ate here for the first time last night and we give the food & customer service a 20/10 (it was that good) We were greeted by Ryder (sorry if I spelled his name incorrectly) and he was fantastic. He had EXCELLENT customer service he was attentive and very very nice. We came in right before happy hour ended and he gave us a grace period so that we could still get happy hour prices. The food was hot, fresh and well seasoned. The nachos were so good I would recommend getting your own nachos and not sharing because my husband ate them all. The Yum chicken didn’t even need a dipping sauce it was so delicious. We definitely will be coming back again & again. The restaurant was clean and comfortable we really enjoyed Chicken & Biscuits for our date night

Really good food and EXCELLENT service! We saw this place on YouTube and it did not disappoint!! Chicken was crispy and juicy, while the brisket was smoky and delicious!! The guy at the counter was really helpful and we had a good conversation, even found out he’s my new burn buddy (burn survivors) I will come every time I come to the island and will recommend to everyone both for the food and the excellent service!

Staff is well trained but based experience it’s just a super relaxed spot. Order the chicken asked for fries and Mac salad for my order wrong and in less than 15 seconds I got Mac salad and they gave me a drink complimentary, me and the cook laughed it off. I will be spending money here again flavors are spot on

This place is absolutely amazing!!. Great customer service and outstanding food. We had the Kalbi brisket nachos, Yum fried chicken, yum fried chicken sandwich and the biscuit. You MUST get the biscuit. We will be back before leaving the island.
