Nice staff, good food, marred by execution issues. If you order delivery, you expect your food to be on time, for the food to be correct, and hot. Last two sets of orders I’ve had were very late (25+ minutes late) and not hot. Last order had a basic accuracy issue as well (how can you send out a cubano that isn’t pressed, leaving it cold and lacking the proper texture?)

Chicken was good and fried well. Had the HOT, garlic parmesan and maple bacon wings. The hit is hot and delish. Garlic parmesan good but had better but would order again. The maple bacon was ok but it could’ve used………..BACON. All I got was maple but still good.

I should note I’ve eaten here 3/4 times prior all with fantastic service and great food. However, today all of that went out the window and now I don’t ever plan on returning. I called in 5:15 was told my order would be 15-20min. I arrive promptly pay for my food and am told it will be only a few minutes till my food will be out to the car. I sat in my car for almost 20 minutes. When I walked inside there was 0 staff in the front and I heard them laughing and making jokes doing nothing. The 1st person who spoke to me when I came back in seemed to have no idea what I was waiting the second she got to the back the laughing and jokes kept on as I stood there waiting. The 2nd person comes out says its will be right out and again more jokes and out of 4 people 3 of them are doing what seems to be nothing. I understand covid and this being close to rush hour time and taking time to prepare food and what not, but this service is simply unacceptable. Please don’t tell me it will 20 minutes when its not even close. Then When I arrive tell me its just a min knowing full well its not. I don’t like being lied to or mislead. Please just tell me its 40min from the start and I can just show at the proper time and not feel completly insulted.
