1, 2, 3 snap! Look at that picture. Although I don’t have a photography award, I assure you the 3 piece chicken special was clucking good. The employees must have been put through The Chicken Express Boot Camp (in my opinion) because shirts were neatly tucked in, floors cleaned, and a light bulb change occurred to keep chicken hot. The cashier addressed me with “ma’am.” I couldn’t wait to try Sweet Baby Ray’s hot sauce on those big golden thighs and leg. The biscuit melted in my mouth like cotton candy. I’m a southern gal,and I imagined drinking my ice tea under an old magnolia tree. K-Love radio station played in background and room temperature was pleasant. There wasn’t much talk from other customers because they were munching on their chicken also. I notice the bible quote at bottom of receipt that blessed me. While exiting restaurant cashier politely said goodbye.

Lately, this place has not been consistent at all. It is usually a hit or miss with service and the quality of food. I typically love their green beans. Some days I go now, even the green beans are bland and not good. For the cost, some consistency would be great. Customer service (the last two times I have went) has not been great.

This place is AWESOME!! They have great customer service. And their food is so YUMMY! Prices are reasonable. I usually buy a lot of chicken strips so I can eat them throughout the week. They taste really good when dipped in ranch. Their fries and rolls are fresh and delicious. Their apple and cherry pies are a great way to top off a great meal with a yummy dessert

This place is expensive if you do not have a coupon in which that’s the only time I go. But when I do have coupons I get the fish only and I love it, love it, love it. It’s the best fish to me. Also when you go around through drive-thru there’s usually something on the window that offers drinks and tea at a special price during certain hours and I really like that option too so I try to go during those certain hours and I think that’s great. I would go to the express often for the fish but like I say the prices are just too expensive.

This used to be one of the better places in town, but it’s gone downhill. There have been multiple times lately where we get home and have something missing. Today, it was a side of mashed potatoes…not to mention no napkins or fork. I can understand why they’re much slower, but if that’s the case, at least get the orders right.
