Usually, this place is VERY SLOW. It’s quicker to walk in for a drink vs going through the drive thru. They must’ve hired a new girl because she was AWESOME and our wait time was LESS THAN 5 minutes. Almost forgot to mention, our food was hot and fresh ( chicken wasn’t fresh, been in the warmer too long) but everything else was great!

Read a bunch of reviews. I still chose to see for myself. I went in to order, because of driving a delivery van. I washed my hands in their clean men’s bathroom. I ordered the 2 piece fillet with Okra for the side. Waited about 5 minutes for fresh fillets. The customer service was fine, restaurant looked clean. The Okra seemed just a bit over cooked, but overall I would come back again if ever in town during lunch…

The only good thing was the fries. Chicken was dry, biscuits/rolls have no flavor. The survives was really Rude! And I seen on my receipt that they charge a 3.5% nonnegotiable tipping fee?!! Isn’t that their job when working at a fast food industry?

I usually order the fish and that is what I had this time. It was undercooked, but didn’t seem that way at the time I ate it. Now battling a little bit of food poisoning. If the restaurant reads this please follow all cooking instructions and ensure your food reaches the proper temp before removing from the fryer. Also check food temps with a thermometer regularly. If someone who has a compromised immune system gets food poisoning it could kill them.

This used to be my favorite chicken place. But some accountant decided they could make 22 cent by not putting spice in there chicken coating. It just tastes so bland now. Not near as good as it used to be a year or 2 ago. I’ve tried it different locations and it’s the same bland tasteless chicken plank.
