I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chicken Express in Altus, OK, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! I can’t believe how poorly I was treated when I wanted to up size my drink and then tried to order a side of mashed potatoes for my son and was very rudely told I couldn’t order any because I ordered a special that didn’t allow substitutes. When I brought it to they’re attention I didn’t want a substitute I just wanted an extra side of mashed potatoes not only 1 but 2 different employees screamed at me that I needed to calm down and stop asking. So I said never mind and went to leave as they screamed bye we don’t need your business anyway! I’m absolutely appalled and have never been treated so poorly by a business ever

Is this how Chicken Express pays their employees. This happened at 3:30 p.m. Monday August 28th. As a Google local guide. I look for things like this. This is not how you should conduct business. You can clearly see the girl power washing the vehicle as she does the whole entire vehicle and then drive-thru person comes out and start talking a having a good conversation. I mean if this is how you pay your employees then I want that job lol. Get paid to do nothing. This is very unprofessional like

We showed up 30 minutes after they opened, the doors were all still locked. When they finally opened the door, we went in and the cashier that was asked to clock on, she literally put her hand up in the customers face and said hold on. I walked out, I don’t need attitude with my food.

Food was fine for drive-thru chicken. Of note, know that they charge a 3.5% “non-cash adjustment” penalty for using credit card. If you pay with cash, you pay the advertised prices (no discount).
