It was nice & cool, the checker was super adorable n sold it well to us, was extremely helpful, great with customers & very accommodating, we used the facilities very clean, kitchen & lobby very clean & kept. I ordered a medium 32oz drink and a pie. I get drinks at chicken express several times a week. The total was $5.35. When the staff handed my order to me, I said it was a medium drink 32oz. She stated that this was a medium and the 32oz is there large. All other locations and there order board say 32oz is medium. Won’t revisit this location. Not worth the price.

I will never go to the Chicken Express in Elk City again. I ordered two meals. They were out of rolls so we got biscuits. They were as hard as a rock. The gravy was literally colored water. I payed $22.00 for the lousiest meal I have ever gotten at a fast food place. I will never go back!!

I went to the drive through & ordered a 30 piece meal as we had family coming over for dinner. I live 16 miles away. When I got home, I realized we only received 18 chicken strips. I called & spoke with the manager. He offered to make it right immediately. I told him I couldn’t come back that day. He took my name & number & told me to come back the next time I was in town. I went back a few days later. The manager remembered the call, had a note in his hand with my information. He had them cook a new complete order, gave us a free side & free drinks while we waited. He went above & beyond to make sure we left there happy. Although I was upset, I realize mistakes happen & maybe the rest of our order was in another box or something & didn’t get put in the bag. Very happy with the service we received from the manager & will be back again. Most customer service doesn’t seem to be same as it used to be. Thank you for making this right!!
