Don’t say we didn’t warn you. This location must be under new management, because normally my box is overflowing with chicken gizzards and friendly customer service but not this time the chicken gizzards look like marbles. My box wasn’t even a quarter full. Also, my husband’s chicken strip order was short 2 pieces and the ones he got were tiny. so we called to complain and Kathy told us to come back the next day and talk to Ken and he would give us a refund or new food so my husband went there today and Ken call my husband a liar. I am shocked we definitely will not be back and we will definitely tell everyone we know. After reading these five star reviews now I’m thinking this place and these oriental people must be prejudice

Danny, Mike and Jerry are a wonderful addition to this establishment. The gentleman are friendly and always helpful. This is a great place to eat. The only thing I would advise is if they have an apparent Veteran in front of them they give the discount instead of the Veterans having to ask for the discount.

I thought this would be just another chicken restaurant but I was wrong… Pulling into the parking lot I found a spot almost immediately, but little did I know what I was about to experience. As I walked with a little pep in my step toward the door. I opened the door and that’s when I saw it. His hazel eyes looking me up and down probably trying to guess what I will eat today. I felt embarrassed ordering the 7 chicken strip meal but let alone, the cashier with his long blond hair gazed upon me with no shame. $14 later I walked away with a new goal. My food came out so fast that I didn’t even have time to finish making my sweet tea. That’s when he handed me the food. As our hands grazed each other thoughts went into my head about our future. But first I must eat this meal. I walked over to a table with a clear view toward the front counter in hopes that him and his deep voice might call me over during this meal. He did not ever call me over but instead talked to a co worker. The rage I felt was unmatched but expected. As I cowardly walked out of the restaurant I knew I just had the best chicken, but the worse heartbreak. Will be back. 5 stars.

I ordered some chicken livers and they were undercooked an I could tell just by looking at them, the crust was white. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes and they gave me a cup of gravy with a “mp” sticker on the lid. Food getting too expensive for people to be playing with peoples food. I also tried to call them and no answer.

First thing it must of been 90 to 100 degrees inside. I was getting sick from the heat, I finally went to my car, while leaving the other family members to eat. Employees was wiping off sweat from their faces. They had know respect for their employees or customers. I was told they wasn’t even trying to fix the ac. Ridiculous!!! The grease was old, my okra was a dark brown from there grease. We spent 46.00 and was miserable. No fans or anything. Told a employee to tell the manager that the heat was awful, it was hard to breath. No response. They just didn’t care!!!!

My fiancé and I came to eat dinner after work and it was bad. First I noticed the whole place, dining area and kitchen was filthy. This place wasn’t even busy, they could cleaned. I was in line and I seen two people bring orders back because they were wrong. I too have gotten a bad order previously in the drive through. Next there are plenty of teenagers working w long curly hair and running there fingers through it. They had no gloves on or hats or hair nets. This is gross. The sweet tea fountain was totally opened completely at the top which could let anything fall into it. I don’t even think there is a manager. I’m not against leering the young guys work but something definitely needs to be done. Better interviews or better work habits should be shown!

God help this place’s customer service. They refused to sell me spicy tenders because they were closing in 50 minutes. They wanted to give me the tenders they had left over. They told me they were out of spicy tenders, but they don’t get enough business to be out of them

While the staff is really polite.. all I ordered was 3 sides. 3/3 of them were inedible. The corn nuggets and okra were cold and just..soaked in grease. The fried pickles were also covered in dark grease but overcooked. Was so hard they couldn’t be eaten. Needless to say this won’t be a place I’ll come back to.
