I stopped going to this location due to the errors with my orders every time I go. Decided to give it another chance because we really wanted chicken, well get home and the family size mashed potatoes was a family size of gravy…. tried to call the store because there was no way I could make it back to the store before closing, but I guess their phone lines are down because it rings once and hangs up. I’m done with this store.

I think the spicy strips arent as popular so they sit in the warmer longer. Flavor was still great they just weren’t as fresh as the original and were a little chewy. So if you want spicy, id definitely ask for fresh ones. Fries and rolls were amazing.

I got chicken strips and chicken gizzards. I placed the order ahead and the guy didn’t even know what my order was. Next, the chicken, my chicken had black spots all throughout it and tasted terrible. My mother got gizzards, she asked for them to be fresh, they in fact were not. They were green and old. Nasty. Even had a chicken heart in the box. We live 5 minutes from there and it was so cold when we got home. So nasty will never be going back.

We are from NC on a business trip. We Had chicken liver, one was raw, breading was falling off, they had a leaking air conditioner. (Sam) Samantha was friendly and helpful. Biscuits were hard and cold but the yeast rolls yummy.

My honey mustard is spoiled, literally a jelly clump in the cup, I asked for spicy strips at 9:20 they had to check them said “no it’s not available today” then the fried pickles almost knocked out my front teeth! They seemed to have been refried at least 3 times! Not going back in the evening again! Staff was friendly!

Ordered a 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes. The first thing they did was package the food and sit on the counter and walked away and left it to get cold and finally someone noticed and ask if I paid and then handed me the box. I get home and there’s no potatoes only a bowl of gravy. I’ve had several bad experiences at that location and had stopped going and decided to give them another chance only for them to mess it up again.

Placed drive thru order on 5/31. Pd and asked to “pull up to the red line” which we did. And proceeded to wait 23minutes…i went inside and was told my order was given to someone else and they were cookn a fresh order….5 more mns passed when they brought out our order and this person (who had taken our order) said ” its our busy time nd they decided to change out the grease/oil. Two different excuses…almost a 30mn wait….so low rating on the customer svc…

Chicken tenders were not edible. I love salt but this was almost on a sabotage status. Extremely upset that I got 40 bucks worth of food and all I could eat was the potatoes and bread. We were 30 minutes from the restaurant before we figured out how bad the food was. Never eating at the canton location again
