After waiting for a while to place my order, because the 3 people in front of me kept questioning the price, I ordered the number 3 combo. I got it quickly, but it wasn’t the Chicken Express I remember. The thighs that I specified were small and just tasted bland, no seasoning at all. The fries were okay, but nothing to write home about. They were out of Diet Coke. The place was freezing cold and the air from the ducts was blowing strongly. I usually like it cool, but this was a little too much. I was so cold, I got a to-go box and finished the rest at home. Over $11 for a sub-par meal will not be repeated.

Although the food and service are very good. Management charging 3.5% interest for paying with a card is rediculas. If your that tight just include it in the price and make everybody pay for it. That would go over great, right

Asked for a biscuit instead of a roll 3 times and still got a roll. Asked for a regular #1 combo, but got a regular and spicy mix instead… And finally, the gravy is basically pure water, and only half full… Also, customer service is non existent. They did get my drink right at least.

This is a clean establishment but I have gotten chicken livers that was still raw , but I love the rolls and gravy and the chicken is good, service is ok most of the time it’s just hard to get good employees in these restaurants.

My brother bought a large order of chicken and sides like mash potatoes, bread and coleslaw the chicken was over cooked and the potatoes were watery and sour . Very disappointed because my family loves this chicken and they wasted around $70 or more here 🙁

The food here is pretty good, which is what kept us coming back. The last few times, though, at the JACKSONVILLE location, it has been getting worse and worse. The customer service here is an absolute disgrace. The employees here are the most unpleasant people I’ve encountered consistently at one place, The speaker doesn’t work, and they add a 3.5% non cash adjustment… which for us was $5, and you only find that out once you pull up to pay. Tonight, they were out of fish and sweet tea, which just added to all the other problems we’ve had here lately. I’m at a point now, that the food just isn’t worth all the trouble. We won’t be back.
