Every time you go there, they are out of something, do they not stock up! The other night we went was about 7:30 no Sweet Tea they said, I ask couldnt they just bring a gallon from the back and sit there like I have seen so many times before , I ask to speak to Manager, said didn’t have one there, only a few minutes the Manager came and brought out tea!!Tonight at 7:30 they have no Biscuits and NO SWEET TEA!!!What is up with these people that work there, they don’t care if you are waited on or not!!

Went through drive thru at 2:10 pm. Not a single customer in the store or the drive thru. Waited long enough to wonder if they’re even open. Then lady on intercom asked to give her a minute. Then at the point of driving off, she takes my order. Then no wings available. Mind you not one single customer inside or in front of me. Long wait to order and couldn’t get what I wanted. People today act like their overworked and underpaid just for showing up.

The service was great and the automsphire as well great. The wait time was a little slow but the wait was wearth it, are food came out hot and fresh. The chicken express team was very helpful. BUT, the only issue was when one of the team member went to the back, she came back with alot of soap suds on her head and then continued to take people orders like that and bag orders, when the young lady from the office came out and told her that this is a place of work and not the time to play around, she just gave her a go to he’ll look and walked away, while another team member a young man said shut up to the young lady from the office. Um my point of view on this situation, as a manger myself those to young people would have a write up coming if not terminated for their actions. No matter if they like the manger on duty or not that person is the authority for that shift if they do t like it and can’t be perfossional then this is not the job for them. The young manger deserves a raise and praise for the way the two young team member treated her.

We always get fish. It is good. Never had any chicken. They offer both a Senior and Military discount but you must ask. The discount is never offered. The staff is friendly and no complaints about the food….fish, fries, hush puppies and coleslaw have always been good.

They charge a fee to use debit card. Ridiculously stingy management. Fish combo wasn’t even fresh, at noon. Got 1 tartar sauce for 2 pcs of fish and 3 hush puppies. My husband got 1 little ketchup packet for his fries. That’s it for us. No more chicken express.

1. The sign said they close at 1030. They locked the doors on us when we were waiting for our food. The whole 30 minutes of waiting, the manager continued to yall and scream at the others with no regard or respect to either her fellow employees or any customers in the facility.I was extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.
