Horrible attitude with the drive thru person. Very unfriendly did not give us the ranch we ordered for our poppers and when she handed us our food no thank you or have a nice evening just a look of contempt! Do people not teach customer service skills! Or do parents not teach manners?

We stopped in at around 9:15. The initial young lady wasn’t exactly rude, just very short and abrupt. As we started to pull away we stopped to check the order. There was some type of seasoning that we requested at the window that was not in the bag. We backed up to the window. Two of the young ladies were standing facing the window talking to the third. Both of them could clearly see us. We sat there for a few minutes then I started waving at the from the passengers set. The young lady with the hoodie on walked over to the wind, turned her back to us after doing something then walked off. I had to honk the horn to get them to acknowledge us. After opening the window she just stared at us. Not a word just stared. My wife asked for what was left off. After handing it to my wife she still has not said a word to us, my wife thanked her. She shut the window then turned around and walked off. You would think after paying $49.00 for 20 chicken tenders & two sides you would be treated better. Obviously this culture here. The way they were acting was not just a one off occurrence. Pulled up their website when we got home to let them know what was going on. You cant. It states please address all concerns back to the store where the issue happened. So now we know where the customer service aspect came from. I would recommend Lisa’s Chicken on Pioneer. The prices are better and we have never had a customer service issue.

The staff here are fast and friendly. They are attentive but not annoying about it, which I appreciate! I got the fish which was overcooked to my liking but let me tell you I would rather have over cooked than fish that’s been sitting in the window for any period of time. I don’t like to ask for something to be cooked fresh because if that’s not their standard as it is, then I don’t want to put them out and risk a bothered cook doing something to my food haha!

Customer service is amazing! However, I gave them one star because my wife found a hair in her food. Ruined her whole meal and defeats the purpose of going out for the convenience. Making it inconvenient…therefore the one star.

I Pais for a meal that cost me 9.73 on Saturday the 24th of June 2023 and today when they finally closed my transaction tab without me going back or ordering anything else from them they decided to take it upon themselves to take a extra ten dollars off my card totaling out my transaction to be 19.46 for a breat thigh and roll it come with a side and roll and on the menu what I got said 8 .88 which is how it came to be 9 something I didn’t tip them at all I showed them my receipt and was told I can’t get my ten back

I loved it, overall everything was great. This was my first time here so I kept an opened mind. I ordered the number 1 lunch combo of 4 spicy tenders with fries and a biscuit with a large drink and the total was $6 exactly. The food was hot and fresh. I think they were having a little problem with the system so a lovely girl gave me an extra tender for the wait but honestly the wait was very short. The place was clean and I love all the windows letting in natural light. Also the whole kitchen is opened so you can see everything they they are doing.
