All of the food was fresh and tasty, the person who took my order was energetic and friendly. I saw employees actively cleaning while I was waiting on my order to be prepared. I ordered a lot of food, but it was ready in less than 10 minutes.

Ordered my usual 2 breast and 2 sides. Breast were so small that I questioned them if they were really breast. Mgr assured me they were. I said how small they were and he said that is just how they were. He didn’t offer to fix the situation or anything. One was so small it amounted to 2.5 normal sized bites. Poor management. I have had similar situations at other places and they would just add another piece or something. I even told him I had just bragged to someone 4 days ago about the size of breast served here when the person was complaining about another brand.

My chicken was very overcooked. Dried out to the point that it was almost jerky. The mashed potatoes were extremely salty. This used to be a good place, but something changed recently.

Twice in a row now they gave me several “Tenders” that are more like old saddle leather, so tough that my dog didn’t eat a few. Also missed my sides on this visit and gave me the wrong drink. And on a 20 dollar meal, th 7 piece w a family side added.
