No matter what day of the week these people cannot get anything correct. If you say something to them the guy mid 30s with the glasses gets very rude. I do not recommend, we have lived out here for 8+ years and everytime they mess our orders up.

Justin L. Missed one whole meal of my order. Then I waited 30 minutes for an order that the cook CANNOT count the number of gizzards he dropped, so only had enough for 1 order, not the second. Went to order an extra meal, but I was told that “we have an 18 piece meal coming up, so we won’t have any chicken, and if we do, I don’t know what pieces it will be”. Finally after hearing that they did not drop enough gizzards, I told them to refund the whole meal. This location is getting worse and worse. To the point where it will not have business before long.

I normally get a 12 PC or more of dark only. Always have to wait for it then it’s all grease and ruins the whole dining experience because your hand are covered in grease. That if you had a side dish that calls for silverware it would be a greasy messy. Around hot spot times you should prepare more We would like it hot but not dripping with grease. Employees never smile too.
