I had to leave a review for this place. I work right down the street so I come here for lunch like 2 to 3 times a week. I always get the manager’s lunch special for $6. I get 3 pcs chicken, a side, roll, a jalapeño pepper and I always upgrade my drink to a 32 oz and it comes to $7.74. You can’t beat that! My food is always hot. The service is fast and they’re always friendly. I love this place! Thanks Chicken Express!

The service was bad, when taking my order they were not friendly and when I got to the window they did not remember my order. As well when I got my order it did not have the serendipity salt I asked for. When reviewing my number one it looked it was just thrown in the box, thr roll had not been cooked all the way and I asked for a biscket, and I was given 4 small pcs of chicken. I had asked for a tea and when I tried it it was bad like it had been sitting out all day. I had a bad experience previously at this location but thought maybe it was just an off day but apparently not. The service is horrible.

Don’t come here if you want all of your order. I had to wait ten minutes at the drove thru order speaker, then another 15 minutes in line, all to receive my strips cold and my roll missing. My tea did have ice though.

The crew that work here are great people, I just think it’s time to address being out of catfish, cole slaw, and hush puppies. This has happened 3X in the last 3-4 weeks! The store needs some major attention, especially the men’s bathroom without a properly working sink. God knows where the employee wash their hands before handling people’s food. Just being honest, since I want to see this place succeed.

Since when did they stop serving country gravy with the chicken finger meals? I always get a #2 sub drink for extra side. And normally I only write good reviews but Chicken Express continues to disappoint. So far it has been small misses…asked for a roll but got a biscuit or asked for ketchup and didn’t get it. But it’s a pattern that needs to stop. The best part of the chicken fingers meal is to dip them in gravy, and not only did I not get the gravy they also didn’t put it on my mashed potatoes, which I specifically asked for. Being the trusting person that I am I did not notice this until I was home; 10 minutes away…so chose to live with it.

Chicken was a bit bland compared to Popeyes but the chicken pieces were larger for about the same price so you get more food here. Service was kind of slow. I was 2nd in line and it still took almost 20 minutes to get my food. Food was a variety of temperatures. Chicken was hot but corn fritters and jalapeno poppers were mostly room temperature and started to become soggy. Staff was friendly. The store was clean. Outdoor area has seating and play areas, and extra mini golf.
