The initial ordering process was fine, they took our orders and repeated them back correctly. I had ordered $70 worth of food unfortunately, I have 2 teenagers, myself and my husband eating so it gets costly. When we get to the window to pay I can hear an employee inside making smirk remarks about how much was ordered and about how we ordered the whole menu. At first I played a long with it and agreed and just laughed it off. The lady at the window asked me what I had said so I told her I was agreeing with your coworker there. She closed the window and continued to charge my card but it was declined, I had given her the wrong card by accident. That’s when I could repeatedly hear him talking bad about my family and I and how much we ordered. I gave her the correct card then asked her if he normally talks about people whom has bigger orders that way and she confirmed he receives numerous complaints all the time. I asked her who the manager was and she stated she was the manager on duty and she would speak to him as she had already told him to stop and that it was disrespectful but he hasn’t. She apologized for his misbehavior and asked if I needed any additional drinks while waiting. She was actually the HIGHLIGHT of my experience because he definitely destroyed my experience and is the reason for the 1 star. She made me feel as if she was truly apologetic for his rudeness and I appreciate that especially after spending nearly $100 on take out! Whoever he is, really needs to sat down and spoken to about how customer service works. I understand people don’t want to work these days but there are so many other jobs out there he could have chosen if he did not want to take it seriously

I just left this location about 15 minutes ago. When I opened my boxes of chicken and bit into it. It was horrible. I swear the chicken was like bitting into wood. The crust was extremely hard. Chicken was completely dry on the inside. The mashed potatoes and gravy was even dry . I told my husband we should go and take it back. He didn’t want to. We just trashed the meals. Chicken Express has lost our business.

This place is usually good, they got my order wrong this time. I ordered 2 extra tenders that they forgot to give me the side of mashed potatoes was not filled up and non existent gravy. And they only gave me 1 ranch for an order of 9 tenders, no roll either. Coke was full of ice, 1 sip and it was gone Guess I’ll have to go to a different location now

Went through drive through Iask for hot honey the guy at window hears honey he then drops a honey package on their floor on my chick box threw it in the BOX. I asked did you pick tht up off the floor and put it in w/ my food? He answered NO, but refund is my friend. Yuck!!

I went to chicken express today in Kennedale and the young lady at the Drive-through was super friendly great customer service just a really good employee. Because of her I will continue going to that chicken express than going to any other ones. Is really made my day. Especially since it’s few and far between that you get a young person that’s that’s is good a customer service.

I thought that the pieces being tiny and way over cooked was just a one time bad experience with this location , but I was wrong. Last night my husband and I both got snack packs, (tenders) and none of the pieces were over 1.5” long!! Not exaggerating! And they were WAY over cooked! There was no gravy with mine, and no roll in his. Neither of us cared about that, but it just added to the entire bad experience. Will not be going back this location. .

Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, but this place always ticks me off. Bless the person taking orders but they sound like they’re yelling at me to get my order over with?? Every time. And this last time, I understand that if the store closes, you’re closed, but I’ve also worked food, retail, bars…you name it; staying open another 5 minutes is sometimes part of the job. I got there 2 minutes after they closed on my way home from work just trying to buy ice and was completely rejected. I was gonna pay cash, let them keep the change. Been there, done that. Surely you could leave a note for the opening manager. It’s ice. Not chicken. But it’s cool. Still good chicken. So-so on the customer service.

This location smell horrible the health dept needs to close it down until they get that sewage smell under control. I don’t see how the workers are in there with how bad this location smells. Not to mention people eating the food from this restaurant. I would never order a thing from them not even a drink.
