The guy in the drive thru was very polite. The food was delicious but they left a part of my order out. I tried to call to let them know and the number listed for this location is disconnected and there is no other way to contact this location. I was charged extra for these items I did not receive and I am unable to return right away.

i was eating yesterday and the female manager was arguing with a customer. and my food was cold and the roll was stale, the restroom was nasty and it had the lobby had a horrible plumber smell. maneger/employees on they phone. this place definitely need new management.

I buy food here alot, but I went tonight just for ice, and the guy at the window kept asking me did I want anything else besides ice, I said no thank you he tild me how much took my card nd help it for the longest after giving my ice.. I then asked for napkins bec I spilled something in my car, and he refused to give me napkins and said I had to buy something else other then Ice to get napkins they don’t have enough to just be passing them out, he wouldn’t give me his name or corporates number I will find it and make a complaint.. it’s ridiculous nd he took his job way to serious.. you don’t own the place, it’s just napkins

Hey y’all, had to change them to a one star. My food was not fresh, even though I asked for fresh. Yhey took it back and just took everything out the box and refried it. I git the kids meal and my dang gravy was cold. Try them at your own risk….Its a Thumbs down

I went here on 1/7/23 at 8:57 pm. I ordered 4 hush puppies. I was told they had already turned the stove off for the hush puppies. This location doesn’t close till 10pm. This is crazy you pose to have full menu till 10pm. Next u break down and start cleaning. I’m not one who agrees with the saying “The customers are always right “ but I sholl ain’t wrong!!!! Fast food isn’t same no more. Customer service is dead.
