Old school southern fried chicken the way it was meant to be done. Only place outside of Louisville, Kentucky I’ve seen with livers on the menu! Other delicious sides include fried ochra. Clean tables, great service. A real gem!

We ate in the car, so atmosphere is N/A, but I had my mom with me & she never likes anything, but she liked it! The fish, hushpuppies, slaw & biscuit…she liked them all! Hallelujah! Staff was friendly, service was quick. There’s also a cool little ice house with lots of outdoor seating in the next lot 🙂

I was a fan of chicken express until I tried this location. It took an insurmountable of amount of time to recieve my food. I felt profiled by the staff because it wasn’t until the police showed up, im figuring ran my license plate, is when I finally received my food. The chicken strip taste unseasoned, the friendliness of the staff was less than satisfactory. Please be advise! Chose wisely when getting food from here.

this place has gone downhill, went out of my way to come to the magnolia location and passed the tomball location bc their customer service is terrible. i have been coming to the magnolia location for years and never had a single issue, the guy working the drive thru this evening was terrible, he named everything i ordered and repeated like 5 times to him wrong, i just had to drive off. get someone who can listen and do a simple order.

The food is wonderful and the people working there are as well. I gave a 4 star rating because we waited over 30 mins. for the first time ever for our waitress to take our order. Another waitress noticed the other waitress never came back and quickly came and took our order! As usual it was delicious

The food is great but the service and wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We waited 36 minutes for 2 #1 combo meals. The employees along with management are too worried about talking and leaning than getting orders out.

No stars. This place is a wreck…. cashier can’t count.. took 30 min for 2 combo meals. Then the chicken pieces were little strains. I wanted my money back they refused. Something wrong with those ppl. The manager was so rude. The young kids were nice. When I went a time before that the fish was cold and hard. Couldn’t eat the chicken or fish from this place. They need a new manager for sure. That woman is a piece let me tell u. So much that one young girl was waiting for her to interview and her mother came in and got her. She was like mom I’m gonna interview. The mom says no took her out. They need a whole new work over from employees. That manager for sure. And the cooks can’t cook the food worth nothing to eat. And the front can’t get orders together. And the cashier can’t count. Go find another place to eat.

I’ve been coming here for years! love the food.… But if they don’t start hiring some adults to run this place it’s gonna get even worse than it is now! I’ve been literally waiting for 38 minutes for three pieces of chicken and seven chicken strips there’s nobody else in the drive-through. I even left to go to Walgreens to pick up my wife’s prescription and you know how long that takes, and when I got back food still wasn’t ready so go ahead and rounded up to even 45 minutes! Come on!!! And this is what everybody talks about when they say chicken express, worst service ever Great food.!
