While driving around, we decided to stop at Chicken Express we love the one in Corpus Christi. We ordered, very fast service. The portions were so small and very small pieces of chicken, couldn’t believe it (Never happened like this in Corpus). There was not a clean table, while having a lot employees the floors were dirty with food and napkins, I looked at the employees and no one thought about cleaning. We won’t going back to this establishment. Not sorry

Not even worth the one star .the cook had a bad attitude when we asked if we can have fresh chicken strips .she gave us old strips (we knew bec we waited 5minutes when fresh takes 15 or longer ) when we asked for refund the female cook came to the lobby started cussing at us saying we always want our food fresh!went back to cooking and did not wash hands. I didn’t know it was such a crime to ask for fresh strips.. the managers attitude was just as bad .she did not try to deescalate the situation.then others on the line tried getting in on the situation by telling us to leave while we were waiting on manager to give us a refund.we got ahold of the owner and let me just tell you now I know why the employees are the way they are. Owner is lazy doesn’t care even with video proof of his employee starting all the drama.

Bought the 10 piece dark chicken and all the side were cold . Biscuits and rolls cold. The #1 tenders were also cold . We have eaten plenty of times and never this disappoint.But this time it wasn’t good.

Always super friendly when I go in! Food is always made fresh and always delicious! My husbands loves the livers, he says they’re always on point! I myself am very picky about my mashed potatoes and gravy and Chicken Express is the ONLY mashed potatoes and gravy that I like!

Girl that took order was not in a friendly customer service attitude. When paying I told her it was 2 separate orders. She rang up as one. Didn’t seem happy on having to separate orders. Employees need to have a welcoming attitude in order to get people to go back.
